Dear Jim,
I had originally subscribed back in January,
2003.
HowToGetRidOf.com worked to rid me of a mountain
of cc debt.
But unfortunately the cycle has repeated itself
where I find myself again drowning in a new ocean of CC debt, this time even
worse than before as now I can't even pay my mortgage.
I have ignored the collectors for almost a year
out of share laziness to do anything, but now it's getting more serious and I
must begin my offensive. It's been about 2 years since I last even logged into
www.milktoast.info...

Just a quick update friends:
I can imagine many of you are worn out from
learning the process and probably won't be looking in on things on the site
sometimes months at a time.
Let me assure you, this process works!
My buddy, who was a member of Milktoast before his
membership expired (this no longer happens) just won as a defendant against
CharterOne Bank here in Cleveland, Oh.
They were after him for $32k after they
"mistakenly" paid off his mortgage.
They even informed the three credit bureaus of
this.
Of course he kept the originals of what he got
from the bank and CB's.
The banks lawyer tried to trip him up by asking
him "did YOU pay it off?"
My buddy simply said he didn't have to answer
that.
He showed the court the debt was paid, the notice
it was paid was from the bank and all the credit bureaus were aware of this as
well.
Key point, argue simply that the debt is paid, it
does not mean squat who paid it!
The attorney was pissed and being in their
playground, the judge stalled hearings so the two parties could "work things
out" as if my friend was in the wrong.
A trial date was eventually set and then the bank
was hit with discovery.
Now we all know that the bank was not about to
open up their books to reveal the fraud and they certainly weren't going to let
their attorney get himself into too much hot water which is exactly where he
was headed.
In the meantime, they had some difficult
questions, answers to which, and documents they had to come up with; originals
I might add, and you know what came next.
They dismissed the case against him and his credit
record was cleared just days before trial.
It was a victory for all of us.
We were proper, professional, and on time.
Everything we learned came from what we studied
on the Milktoast website, money well spent.
If we learned anything, it's that you have to
persist and stand your ground to fight. Learn your environment. There's enough
on the website now to get you well trained to last the final round.
By the way, we used older documents than the
better stuff we have now, we just knew what we were doing.
I'll check in more often to see if I can put my
two cents in from time to time.
This does work so stay strong Milktoast members.
Thanks a hell of a lot Jim!

I have been using Jim's information for going on 3
years. I had 16 Visa / Mastercards including a Discover to the tune of
$100,000.
Only 2 out of the 16 have taken me to court...
Like it says in there somewhere... "don't expect to win in lower court"
(lawyers and judges) are CROOKS!!!!
The first court case I lost because I just ignored
the fact, and never appeared so they got a default judgment. I have since sent
Jim's latest Collection Default and Estoppel to them, and they don't bother me
any more!!!
The second court case, I followed through with,
and went for a Motion to dismiss because the collection atty didn't have a
qualified witness to justify the debt... that was denied... summary judgment in
the Plaintiff's favor. Filed the latest Collection Default and Estoppel to
them, and they removed it from all of my credit reports completely deleted!!!!
This latest latest Collection Default and Estoppel
letter has 1000 times more than platinum, I'm in the process of filing it with
the rest of the cards / collections.
Living on CASH is not so bad... It just takes a
lot of discipline.
Thanks Jim for all of your platinum
information.

This is a case involving HSBC:
12/22/06 - Bank Notice sent
01/22/07 - Notice of Tender sent
02/02/07 - Certificate of Default sent
03/01/07 - Collection Notice to attorneys sent
03/23/07 - Summons (Don't remember the exact date
I was served.) served by HSBC
03/28/07 - I serve request for Admission and
production of documents
04/11/07 - I file Answer/Counterclaim
04/12/07 - Plaintiff served discovery on me
04/27/07 - Plaintiff's reply to Defendant's
counterclaim served
05/02/07 - Another Plaintiff's reply to
Defendant's counterclaim served
05/07/07 - Defendant's response to Plaintiff's
request for admissions sent
05/09/07 - Defendant's Notice and Motion for
Summary Judgment filed - This was done wrong, I mis-read the local rules and
did not notice the motion for an oral hearing so it just sat and collected
dust.
07/26/07 - Re-noticed Defendant's Motion for
Summary Judge to schedule an oral hearing on 08/17/07
08/09/07 - Plaintiff filed motion for extension of
time to respond to Defendant's request for discovery
08/15/07 - Defendant filed Affidavit of Denial
08/17/07 - Defendant filed Objection to
Plaintiff's request for extension of time
08/17/07 - Prior to the hearing Plaintiff's
attorney offers a deal - if HSBC dismisses its complaint, will I dismiss my
countercomplaint?
I agreed.
The judge asked three questions. I responded "Yes
Sir."
Judge accepts agreement. Click
here to see a copy of the court
order.
I walk away not owing HSBC a dime.
All I did was follow my own instructions, complete
same paperwork as everyone else and say three "Yes Sirs." Not hard at all.

Jim,
I received good news in the mail today. Plaintiff
filed a voluntary motion to dismiss which has been granted.
This suit must be costing them more than they're
willing to risk. I think plaintiff was appraising its claim and action toward
defendants.
Plaintiff denied all the admissions, but asked for
more time on the requested documents.
In the beginning they probably thought we
wouldn't fight back. More than likely we wouldn't have if we hadn't discovered
your website and signed up for your program.
My wife and I have received a very rewarding
education about the subject matter on your website.

Jim,
When I became a member my credit card bills were
overwhelming and the creditors would not work with me to lower the interest
rates. Now, after using your services, I no longer get collection calls or
letters.
Your support forum is a life saver. Not only do
you answer questions quickly, I found out I'm not alone with this problem.
The templates for the letters - they are
great!
And would you believe? I recently got a home loan
and was able to show the Defaults that were filed in court to prove the debt
was not mine.
Wendy

Dear Jim,
I used your service because I was impressed with
your website, it conveyed knowledge and experience. It also gave me confidence
that I would easily receive support when I needed it. Another thing I
appreciate, is that you do respond to questions very quickly.
Since sending our letter, we have not heard from
the bank or collection agency, and that was back in November, so now we will
see what happens, but I have peace of mind that whatever happens, I can get
help. I no longer feel alone! I am very grateful for everything you have done.
Thank you for all your help. I wish you continued
success...
Sincerely,
Celine

I'd like to thank Jim, (and any supporting staff),
along with the others that have posted here.
When I first saw and read the information here I
was very skeptical of what was being said. I mean come on-would "our"
government really let a fraud like this go on? They work for us.... right!?! I
served in the military, worked for years in R&D, and did what I thought was
required of me by the united States of America and of my home State. Honestly,
I had written sites like this one, (and others), off as being whacked out nut
cases. That has changed considerably, (I'm a whacko, he's a whacko, wouldn't
you like to be a whacko too?
Now I have a better understanding of not just this
subject, but also of Common Law, UCC, the implications of ZIP codes, and other
issues, (like how the "United States of America" is a Corporation, and not to
be confused with the "united States of America"), and that we are all slaves
from birth, why we are treated like animals by the companies we work for, and
why they have been getting away with it.. Yes I have been burning the midnight
oil- Knowledge is POWER.
I have run some of the precepts here passed some
of the Bloodsuckers, (Collection Attorneys), I work for/with. From their
reactions I see clearly this information is true, not to mention damning. They
got real quiet and didn't want to talk about it. I have since put in my
notice.

Dear Jim,
I've subscribed to several DE (debt elimination)
programs and I'd have to say this one is the best,

Jim,

UPDATE!
Well, I believe I can call this a huge victory. I
used the Milktoast process and the Notary process on these guys and they were
still arrogantly saying I owed them money.
Although they stopped harassing me after using the
Notary process they reported me with their lies to ChexSystems and all of the
credit reporting agencies and refused to remove them.
As a result I crafted a dispute letter disputing
the information to ChexSystems and the cra's. I then crafted a follow-up letter
threatening to sue them for failure to produce proof requested, included the
Notary Default Certificate and the fact they failed to report to the credit
reporting agencies my dispute as required by law.
The end result was the removal of all of their
information reported to ChexSystems and the credit reporting agencies. They no
longer harass me and and my credit rating has hugely improved.
The letters I crafted in conjunction with the
Milktoast process and the Notary process are absolutely dynamite. I am
currently using them to follow-up with the remaining nine accounts that I used
Milktoast and the Notary process on and so far it appears to be having the same
positive results. I will keep everyone informed.

The following was recently posted to the "Personal
Experiences" section of our support forum:
Wow!!! Wow, wow, wow, wow WOW!
I just looked up my credit report and it's
amazing!
Although a few cards are still showing past due,
NONE of the cards that are out for collection are showing as out for
collection.
FirstEquity, the nastiest one of the bunch has
dropped out of existence, doesn't show anywhere.
3 CapOne accounts have gone poof as well. No
evidence they ever existed.
ALL 6 AMEX accounts have gone poof. No evidence
they ever existed.
Two accounts show as closed, paid as agreed.
That's 12 out of 25. 50% right out of the box.
I can't tell you how grateful I am, Jim. Thank God
for your dedication and courage.
The rest of these bad boys are history.
Next stop: mortgage. Those suckas are going down
this year. Stay tuned.
PTRMS

Jim,
I have used your information with great success,
to the tune of 13 credit cards with balances totalling $71,000...
